We want you to love your purchase from The Pocket Theorie! Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

 

Exchange Policy

We offer a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 72 hours after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at hello@thepockettheorie.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for exchange
  • Relevant details or supporting photos/videos (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange a return pickup from your address.


Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Important Notes

  • A ₹100/- restocking fee per item applies for all exchanges.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.
  • For Partial-COD orders, the amount paid is non-refundable.
  • No return or exchange is allowed on sale items or during promotional offers.
  • We want you to love what you order, so please double-check your size using the Size Chart provided on each product page before placing your order. Every piece is made carefully to order, and we currently accept returns only if the item you receive is damaged or faulty.If something doesn’t seem right, just drop us a message with your order details and a clear photo within 2 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right. Our goal is to be fair and honest — we simply ask the same in return.

Return Shipping for Exchanges

Once your exchange is approved, we’ll book a Return-to-Origin (RTO) pickup. Please hand over the unused, original items in their packaging to the delivery agent.
We strongly recommend recording a video of the handover as proof.
We are not liable for courier errors or loss during transit, and we reserve the right to cancel the exchange if the returned item is used or incorrect.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right promptly.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases, such as unavoidable logistical errors.
Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Customer unavailability at delivery
  • Incorrect address entries
  • Situations that can be rectified within 30 days

If approved, the refund will be processed within 24 hours, and the amount will reflect in your account within 3–5 business days.
