Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship across India.
  • Our trusted delivery partners include Delhivery, Bluedart, and DTDC to ensure reliable service.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 48–72 hours of purchase.
  • Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping Costs

  • Prepaid Orders: Free delivery across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹100 per order.
  • International Orders: ₹1,600 (may vary depending on location).

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–10 days from dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination or unforeseen courier delays.

Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment on the courier’s website.

Expedited Shipping

  • We currently do not offer express or expedited delivery options. All shipments are sent via our standard service.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact our support team immediately at hello@thepockettheorie.com.
  • For damaged items, share clear images and order details for verification. Once confirmed, we will guide you through the exchange or replacement process based on product availability.

Shipping Limitations

  • Certain pin codes may not be serviceable by our courier partners for prepaid or COD deliveries.
  • In such cases, we will ship your order through India Speed Post (prepaid mode only).

Additional Conditions

  1. Incorrect Addresses:
    The Pocket Theorie is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details (including phone number or pin code).
    If a package is returned to us for this reason, reshipment will incur a fee of ₹200 per item. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
  2. Failed Deliveries:
    Customers are responsible for accepting deliveries within the attempt limits set by our courier partners.
    If a delivery fails and the parcel returns to us, reshipment costs of ₹200 per item will apply.

Size-Related Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before purchase.
  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, we can arrange a replacement at a ₹200 fee per item to cover shipping and handling.
  • For international orders, exchanges are not available due to shipping constraints.
  • The Pocket Theorie is not liable for customs delays or seizures in the buyer’s country.
  • To initiate a size exchange, please contact hello@thepockettheorie.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
